Recently, a property investor in Sydney approached Fortified Roofing Group for assistance with a property in Crestmead, Brisbane. A building report indicated that the roof on the property needed replacement, and as the property was tenant-occupied, the investor wanted to make sure the tenant was happy.

The original roof on the property was a Lightweight metal tile roof, which was popular in the 1980sas an alternative to concrete but lacked the strength to withstand foot traffic and was prone to leaks. The investor wanted to upgrade the roof to a more durable option, so they chose to install a new Colorbond roof & gutters in Windspray we also installed new steel battens, and roof insulation.
