The homeowners approached us after noticing black mould build-up in their ceilings and asked us to inspect their old asbestos roof. We started by removing the old asbestos roof and replacing it with a new colorbond roofing system in Woodland Grey. This new roof provided maximum protection to the home and prevented the build-up of mould, while also providing a modern look to the property. The steel gutter mesh provided the homeowner with peace of mind and eliminated the need for regular gutter cleaning.
We also installed new anticon insulation as asbestos is a great insulator and the homeowners would have found the new roof uncomfortably hot without this included in the installation. The new anticon insulation provided additional protection and comfort to the homeowners and prevented the roof from overheating.
