The homeowner decided to upgrade their roof to a new Zincalume roofing system to ensure the safety of their home.
In addition to the metal roof replacement, we also installed low-front quad traditional gutters and 60mm Anticon roof insulation to improve the thermal efficiency of the home. These upgrades were made to enhance the overall appearance of the roof and bring it up to current code standards.

Another highlight of this project was the installation of a traditional curved roof structure. Due to our extensive experience with traditional character homes, this was an easy task for us. The traditional curved roof structure not only adds to the aesthetics of the home but also provides added protection and stability.
In addition to the metal roof replacement and insulation upgrades, we also performed our standard structural upgrades to bring the roof up to current code. This included reinforcing the roof structure, replacing any damaged rafters, and installing new flashings and roof vents. With these upgrades, we ensured that the roof was not only beautiful but also safe and secure for the homeowner.
