The homeowner was facing several challenges, including water ingress into the roof and corrosion throughout the guttering system. Our team quickly assessed the situation and recommended a full roof replacement, using Colorbond Deep Ocean corrugated roofing and Deep Ocean high-front square gutters. In addition, we installed 60mm Anticon wool blanket insulation to improve the home’s energy efficiency.

The project was not without its challenges, including a non-functional hot water system that had a tree growing out of the back of the unit. We engaged our plumbing partners to remove the old tank and install a new ground tank, ensuring that the homeowner would have a reliable hot water system for years to come.
